  1. 1. Transfer learning applied to a deep learning system for cardiac abnormality classification in electrocardiograms

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Adrian Campoy Rodriguez; [2022]
    Nyckelord :Deep Learning; ECG; Wavelet Transform; Scattering Transform; Transfer Learning; Canonical Correlation Analysis; Djupinlärning; EKG; wavelettransform; scatteringtransform; överföringsinlärning; kanonisk korrelationsanalys;

    Sammanfattning : Cardiovascular diseases are a leading cause of death globally. Early diagnosis and treatment is of prime importance to prevent or mitigate health complications. Electrocardiogram (ECG) is a standard test modality used for early diagnosis of arrhythmias. The standard ECG uses 12 leads (i. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Avläsning av EEG-data från Emotiv Epoc X för ett SSVEP-baserat braincomputer interface för att spela Snake

    Kandidat-uppsats, Göteborgs universitet/Institutionen för data- och informationsteknik

    Författare :Carl Erenstedt; Alexander Ohlin; David Persson; Gustav Pihlquist; Samuel Widén; Carlos Yechouh; [2021-09-14]
    Nyckelord :BCI; EEG; Snake; SSVEP; CCA; Emotiv Epoc; CNN; responstid;

    Sammanfattning : Denna rapport beskriver arbetet med att utforma ett BCI som kan styra datorspelet Snake i realtid. Spelet styrs genom att inducera steady state visually evoked potentials i hjärnan via flimrande stimuli av vissa frekvenser. Den resulterande elektriska aktiviteten i hjärnan läses sedan ut med hjälp av elektroencefalografi via Emotiv Epoc X. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Decoding Steady-State VisualEvoked Potentials(SSVEPs)- Implementation and Performance Analysis

    Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för informationsteknologi

    Författare :Peipei Han; [2020]
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : Steady-state visual evoked potential (SSVEP)-based brain-computer interfaces(BCIs) have been widely investigated. Algorithms from the canonical correlation analysis(CCA) family perform extremely well in detecting stimulus targets by analyzing the relationship of frequency features between electroencephalogram (EEG) signals and stimulus targets. 4. 4. Non- Linear Canonical Correlation Analysis Between Water Flows and Water Quality: a case study on the Mälaren basin

    Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för geovetenskaper

    Författare :Jacopo Cantoni; [2018]
    Nyckelord :Sustainable Development; Non-linear Canonical Correlation analysis; water quality; Mälaren basin; hydrology; data mining;

    Sammanfattning : This study starts from the perspective of a future increase availability of water quality data at the water treatment facility at Lovön and aims to use the existing data to identify a pattern in the role of the different sub-basin that constitute the Mälaren basin. The data are analyzed with the graphical tool of the scatterplot and a Non-linear Canonical Correlation Analysis, a variation of the classical multivariate method, that by using a neural network model is able to handle not linear relationships. 5. 5. A canonical correlation analysis- based approach to identify causal genes in atherosclerosis

    Magister-uppsats, Högskolan i Skövde/Institutionen för biovetenskap

    Författare :Crisencia Sizyoogno; [2018]
    Nyckelord :Canonical correlation analysis; Atherosclerosis; bioinformatics; CRISPR_Cas9; Phenotypes; Genotypes; GWAS; zebrafish; Cardiovascular and metabolic disease;

    Sammanfattning : Genome-wide associations studies (GWASs) have identified hundreds of loci that are strongly associated with coronary artery disease and its risk factors. However, the causal variants and genes remain unknown for the vast majority of the identified loci. LÄS MER
