   Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to highlight how the collaboration regarding youth criminals works between the police organization and the human service organization in a county in southern of Sweden. We have noticed that collaboration between organizatons can be difficult in our society because of things such as the organizations have different point of views on how they should collaborate, they have different organizationals structures which means that they have different working models and so on.
