Sammanfattning : Automotive manufacturers currently face a challenge with expeditious enhancement of the vibro-acoustic properties of their vehicles. A major reason for this setback is the limited design information available during initial development stages added with limited knowledge of damping within complex structures. LÄS MER

Sammanfattning : Flush-mounted cavity hot-wire probes have been around since two decades, but have typically not been applied as often compared to the traditional wall hot-wires mounted several wire diameters above the surface. While the latter suffer from heat conduction from the hot wire to the substrate in particular when used in air flows, the former is belived to significantly enhance the frequency response of the sensor. Sammanfattning : Forced air convection systems are the most preferred design of choice in many of the industrial-scale convection ovens. In this study, experimental investigation on convective heat transfer and mass transfer within a forced air convection oven was performed at different oven temperatures (100℃, 110℃ and 120℃) and at flow velocity (2 m/s, 3 m/s and 4 m/s) using potato slices (10*10*60 mm) as model food.
