6. Cognitive Overload in Mixed-Reality Interactions: A Qualitative Analysis
Magister-uppsats, Umeå universitet/Institutionen för datavetenskapSammanfattning : Mixed reality (MR) technology is trending in various sectors at the present time. In MR applications, due to the interactions between two realities, the potential of experiencing Cognitive Overload is high. Hence, the present qualitative study has been conducted to broaden the understanding of Cognitive Load in MR interventions. LÄS MER
7. Navigating through Frustrations : A User-Centered Approach to Enhancing Airborne Early Warning and Control System Operator Experience
Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för informatik och mediaSammanfattning : This master thesis focuses on enhancing the user interface experience for Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) system operators in a military context. Collaborating with Saab, a defense sector company, the study employs the research through design and a user-centered design approach to investigate user needs and how they interact with the interface. 8. Hur påverkar kognitiv belastning inlärning i animerat material?
9. Episodic memory and scene perception, an eye-tracking experiment with induced cognitive load.
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för psykologiSammanfattning : This study investigates if cognitively induced load via the Sternberg Task influences episodic memory measured through eye metrics data. An eye-tracking experiment was conducted with 34 participants to research if memory will decline when cognitive load increases. The method was a block design, controlled experiment. LÄS MER
10. Unleashing the Power of AI Mobile Robots: A Journey into CognitiveLoad, Multimodal Signalling, and Trust in Multi-Robot Team
Master-uppsats, Umeå universitet/Institutionen för datavetenskapSammanfattning : This Master's thesis examines the impact of multimodal signalling on cognitive load, trust, and usability in multi-robot teams using a within-subjects design. The study investigates whether feedback through multimodal signalling effectively conveys trust and minimises cognitive load for operators. LÄS MER
