  1. 11. Segment Routing Based Traffic Engineering : A QoS adaptive rerouting using segment routing approach based on IPv6 to mitigate network congestion

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Sepehr Javid; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Segment Routing with IPv6; Quality of Service; Congestion; Extended Berkeley Packet Filter; Segmentering av vägval med IPv6; Tjänstekvalitet; Överbelastning; Utökad Berkeley Packet Filter;

    Sammanfattning : In modern networks, the increasing volume of network traffic and the diverse range of services with varying requirements necessitate the implementation of more advanced routing decisions and traffic engineering. This academic study proposes a QoS adaptive mechanism called "Sepitto", which utilizes Segment routing protocols, specifically SRv6, to address network-traffic control and congestion avoidance. 2. 12. The design of a hydraulic equalizer bar for the feeding mechanism on forest harvester heads

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Luleå tekniska universitet/Institutionen för teknikvetenskap och matematik

    Författare :Arvid Söderlund; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Harvester; Harvester head; Komatsu Forest; Hydraulics; Equalizer bar; Parallellstag; Stag; Skogsmaskin; Skördare; Aggregat; Skog;

    Sammanfattning : Due to the importance of a correct tree placement and the wear that occurs to equalizer bars inharvester heads, Komatsu Forest AB in Umeå was interested if the bar could be replaced with ahydraulic system. According to Komatsu, the problems were that the equalizer bars that are responsible forsynchronizing the delimbing knives and feeding mechanism add weight, take up space and have atendency to break before their life expectancy. 3. 13. Formally Verified Remote Attestation Protocols with Strong Authentication

    Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Programvara och system; Linköpings universitet/Tekniska fakulteten

    Författare :Johannes Wilson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : Most commodity processors available today provide hardware-supported security extensions. Remote attestation has been declared an important step towards providing security to users through such solutions, yet remote attestation has seen limited deployment in practice. LÄS MER

  4. 14. Hitting the Target: An Analysis of Inflation Targeting Policies

    C-uppsats, Handelshögskolan i Stockholm/Institutionen för nationalekonomi

    Författare :Elin Roslund; Victoria Benckert; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Inflation Target; Inflation; Generalized Synthetic Control Method; Discretion; Taylor Rule;

    Sammanfattning : Acknowledging that world inflation reached its highest levels in decades in 2022, this paper investigates how the adoption of an inflation targeting regime has affected the inflation level and the inflation variability for a sample of five advanced economies from 1980 until the end of 2020. This paper discusses the implications of inflation targets in relation to the relative output growth across inflation targeting and non-inflation targeting economies to further contribute to the debate about its efficacy. 5. 15. The impact of multicultural festivals on women's empowerment in Uppsala : A case of immigrant women

    Master-uppsats, Södertörns högskola/Institutionen för samhällsvetenskaper

    Författare :Ehmeli Dzifa Amengor; [2023]
    Nyckelord :immigrant women; multicultural festivals; women’s empowerment;

    Sammanfattning : Empowerment is a process or a mechanism of individuals, organizations and communitiesacquiring control over their lives (Rappaport (1987), and there is a sustained effort by nationsand the international communities across the globe in search of pragmatic agendas and policyframework in achieving women’s empowerment.
