    Sammanfattning : Syftet med denna uppsats var att utveckla kunskap kring vilka faktorer som påverkar implementeringen och upprätthållandet av Lean i tandvård. För att belysa detta syfte användes en kvalitativ ansats där det genomfördes fem intervjuer med nyckelpersoner i två fall, som sedan kompletterades med tre intervjuer av respondenter som inte var kopplade till något av fallen.
