   Sammanfattning : The aim of this essay is to examine whether the traumatic experiences that Elie Wiesel depicts in his novel, Night, led the author or any other character he encounters to lose their faith. Considering that the author describes himself and other characters in the novel as believers, one wonders how it would be possible not to lose faith after experiencing the terror of the concentration camps.
