    Sammanfattning : This thesis is a study in historical and contemporary swedish industrial relations, where the Industriavtal – a framework agreement on industrial development binding trade unions and employer organizations - heavily influences wages and labour relations. Focus is on relations in the swedish manufacturing and export industry during the 2010s, and how the Industriavtal leads to cooperation and conflict between different actors in the labour market.
