   Sammanfattning : I detta arbete undersöks huruvida det finns en fackspråklig utveckling hos elever under deras gymnasietid i relation till vilken årskurs de tillhör och då indirekt mängden undervisningstimmar i fysik de erhållit. Undersökningen går ut på att elever från årskurs 1 till årskurs 3 får svara på fem fysikfrågor med anknytning till vardagssituationer och fenomen. LÄS MER

   Sammanfattning : In this thesis epitaxial growth of Ga(P1-xSbx) and analysis by electron microscopy are presented. To the authors knowledge Ga(P1-xSbx)has not been grown in the form of nanowires before and the main motivation of this work is to investigate the possibility of overcoming the miscibility gap (1-99%) in nanostructures.
