    Sammanfattning : Abstract: Based on a netnographic study, focusing on the Reddit group SASSWitches, the experiences and approaches of naturalistic pagans towards religious practice are examined.     Sammanfattning : 概要 本稿は、読者に2つの司法制度の包括的な概観を提供し、その後、いくつかの追加的な側面を検討する。分析の構成により、読者は、社会が公式・非公式の統制という観点からどのように機能しているかを含め、法制度がどのように構築されているかを確認することができる。本稿はまた、さまざまな制裁がどのように実施され、それが個人と社会に与える影響についても探求している。個々の章では詳細な分析を行わず、必要に応じて十分な説明を行うようにしている。万引きを犯罪の例として挙げているのは、明確な比較が可能だからである。本論文では、両国の修復的司法を幅広く検証し、正式な刑事司法制度への影響を軽減するための潜在的な方策を検討している。最後に、包括的な分析を行い、それぞれの国について法的改善のための提言を行う。..
