    Sammanfattning : I detta arbete undersöks hur ekologiska principer kan tillämpas i urbana planteringar i varma och torra lägen utifrån frågeställningen: Hur kan en gestaltning med naturalistiska planteringar med hedmarksbiotoper som förebild utformas på Ulls Hus innergård? Detta utifrån en önskan att undersöka på vilka sätt det är möjligt att möta de utmaningar som klimatförändringarna för med sig för urbana planteringar i form av ett varmare och periodvis torrare klimat.     Sammanfattning : Micropropagation has been revealed to be an efficient propagation method for production of large quantities of true to type and disease free plants, while traditional methods of micropropagation on solid medium are limited in commercial production due to high labor costs.
