   Sammanfattning : This thesis aims to compare and contrast venture capital realities in Italy and Sweden with a particular consideration to the way that venture capitalist in the two countries sign term-sheets with entrepreneurs. The work attempts to define the level of maturity of Venture Capital in Italy and in Sweden, the characteristics of the activity of the VC market in the two countries, and the relationship between vetoes and control rights in VC terms-sheet in the Italian and Swedish context.
