Uppsala kommun prisades år 2021 med Laddsilvret för sitt arbete med laddinfrastruktur i mindre samhällen och efterfrågar aktuell forskning som kan ligga till grund för en strategi för fortsatt utbyggnad, vilket är upphovet till denna studie.
