   Sammanfattning : Följande studie syftade till att undersöka attityder till AI-baserad rekrytering samt finna skillnader mellan personlighetsfaktorer och prestationsbaserad självkänsla i relation till tillit till AI-baserad rekrytering. Frågeställningen som studien byggde på var följande: Finns det en skillnad i tillit till AI-baserad rekrytering kopplad till en specifik personlighetsfaktor?    Sammanfattning : In this paper, the employment elasticity of economic growth is calculated for 168 countries globally. The employment elasticity refers to the percentage change in employment associated with a 1% increase in GDP. Therefore, the higher the employment elasticity, the more labor-intensive growth. LÄS MER
