   Sammanfattning : Chronic prenatal hypoxia is associated with intrauterine growth retardation and there is now some evidence that it also induces programmed hypertension in offspring. At the center of the academic debate we find the posthumous edition Der Wille zur Macht, firstly published 1901 as Friedrich Nietzsches magnum opus. 1906 a new edition was published, which has been described by Nietzsche-scholars as canonical.
