  3. 3. Comparison of Mineral- and Protein Content between Conventional, Organic and Biodynamic Swedish Winter Wheat with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry and Elemental Combustion Analysis.

    Magister-uppsats, Naturvetenskapliga institutionen

    Författare :Elise Palm; [2009]
    Nyckelord :biodynamic organic wheat flour mineral protein conventional atomic absorption spectrophotometry Saltå Kvarn;

    Sammanfattning :   Correlation between production method and mineral-, cadmium- and protein content were sought for Swedish winter wheat. The wheat was grown according to conventional, organic or biodynamic principles. The minerals; iron, zinc, magnesium, copper and the heavy metal cadmium were analyzed with atomic absorption spectroscopy. LÄS MER
