    Sammanfattning : Studiens syfte var att undersöka talproduktion och förståelighet hos 56 internationellt adopterade 6–9-åriga barn med och utan läpp-käk-gomspalt (LKG) samt att undersöka sambandet mellan talproduktion och förståelighet. Förståelighet på ordnivå, medelvärde på Intelligibility in Context Scale (ICS), procent korrekta konsonanter (PCC) och procentuell förekomst av symtom på velofarynxinsufficiens beräknades för samtliga deltagare.
