    Sammanfattning : Den här studien syftade till att utforska hur projektdeltagare som arbetar inom kommunikationsbyråer upplever att de blir motiverade. Genom en kvalitativ metod med semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes sammanlagt nio intervjuer med projektdeltagare med varierande erfarenheter och ålder från olika och i vissa fall samma kommunikationsbyråer.
