  1. 1. Sports and Business in a Swedish Football Club A case study on Örebro SK

    C-uppsats, Handelshögskolan i Stockholm/Institutionen för redovisning och finansiering

    Författare :Gabriel Bekassy Fritzson; Clara Bascuas; [2024]
    Nyckelord :Institutional logics; Football; PMS; Compromising; ; Commercialization;

    Sammanfattning : One must not forget that we are working with people, we cannot simply purchase a more powerful engine. The quote from an employee in our case organization emphasizes the human aspect in football operations, cautioning against the belief that acquiring superior resources guarantees better performance. 2. 2. Reprocessing and Characterization of Polybenzimidazole for High-Temperature Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Centrum för analys och syntes

    Författare :Douglas Björkengren; [2023]
    Nyckelord :polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells; PEMFC; HTPEMFC; polymer technology; polymer characterization; reprocessing; recycling; polybenzimidazole; PBI; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : A reprocessing method of poly(2,2’-(m-phenylene)-5,5’-bibenzimidazole) (PBI) membranes recovered from the production line of High-Temperature Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells (HT-PEMFC) at Blue World Technologies (BWT) has been developed in order to reduce material loss in the production. Redissolution of scrap PBI membranes in poly(phosphoric acid) (PPA) and phosphoric acid (PA) was successful and the subsequent washing procedure produced PBI that could be redissolved in N,N-dimethyl acetamide (DMAc) and suitable for solution casting of new membranes. Sammanfattning : Background: For decades, aviation has been an important part of society and with its growth comes the increased environmental impact and the challenge to reduce this adversary effect and move towards sustainability. Objective: Find out how airlines can reduce their emissions and become more sustainable. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Experimental study on the effect of rocket nozzle wall materials on the stability of methane

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)

    Författare :Thomas L. Holmboe; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Methane; pyrolysis; catalysis; nickel; coke deposition; chemical modelling; GRI3.0; rocket nozzle; regenerative cooling;

    Sammanfattning : There has recently been an increased interest in methane as a rocket propellant due to its physical properties as well as the possibility of in-situ resource utilization in places like Mars. As part of ESA’s Future Launcher Preparatory Program, KTH in cooperation with GKN Aerospace has started the MERiT program, which seeks to study the characteristics of methane under conditions found in rocket nozzle cooling channels. 5. 5. 1D Simulation of Hydraulic Cam Phaser System Utilized in Heavy Duty Vehicles : An Investigation on Attenuation of Phase Oscillations from Cam Torque Disturbances

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Luleå tekniska universitet/Institutionen för teknikvetenskap och matematik

    Författare :Johan Germundsson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :master thesis; cam phaser; simulation; 1D-simulation; GT-SUITE; GT-ISE; Gamma Technologies; oil aeration; oscillations; heavy-duty; engine; phaser; cam torque; stability; cam phaser system; Scania; Scalia CV;

    Sammanfattning : Cam phasers allow improvements to the efficiency and emissions of internal combustion engines. The usage of hydraulic vane type cam phasers for heavy-duty applications have shown problems with oscillations during testing at Scania CV. To investigate the root cause of the oscillations a detailed 1-d simulation model has been created. LÄS MER
