    Sammanfattning :  This thesis was performed at the Department of Science and Technology with the focus on Construction Technology at the University of Linköping, together with the company Detox AB in Malmö, Sweden. The thesis is divided into three parts; one literature study regarding damp in ground constructions, one is a field study at the company which produces a type of insulation material called Isodrän, and at last part is a theoretic comparison of time, expenses and environmental effects between two different methods for the foundation of a new arena in Malmö.
