    Sammanfattning : In this study, we have examined whether an eventual class discourse can affect the decision to put children in mandatory care. With the help of Faircloughs critical discourse analysis, both as our method and our theoretical framework, we have read and analysed thirty judicial decisions to put children in mandatory care.
