The purpose of this investigation is to look closer on the value-tension between the European Union and the Chinese Communist Party regarding which values are present in the official policies of these entities and how these values are projected on the new digital transition towards 5G.     Sammanfattning : Denna uppsats undersöker och analyserar hållbarheten i resolution 2272 som antogs av FN:s säkerhetsråd. Den har syftet att förhindra att sexuell exploatering ska uppstå bland FN:s fredsbevarande styrkor i landet där de genomför sin fredsbevarande operation och att styrkorna ska kunna hållas ansvariga för dessa brott, om de ändå sker.
