    Sammanfattning : Samtidigt som universitetsstudier förutsätts av att förhålla sig till deadlines visar uppskattningar att 80 till 95 procent av universitetsstudenter prokrastinerar, förhalar studierna, vilket kan påverka både studieprestation och välbefinnande negativt.
