    Sammanfattning : The municipality of Örebro has declared itself to be "The Sign Language Capital of Europe" due to its high ratio of Sign Language users. One explanation is that the National Special Upper Secondary School for deaf and hard of hearing students is placed in Örebro, which makes youths from all over Sweden move to there at an early age.
