    Sammanfattning : Kommunala e-tjänster i Sverige är ett resultat utav e-förvaltningens syfte att tillgodose invånare med användbara e-tjänster. Flera studier visar dock att kommunernas e-tjänster trots lagstadgade tillgänglighetskrav från DOS-lagen uppvisar stora mängder tillgänglighetsbrister vilket resulterar i att dessa inte är tillgängliga för alla invånare i den utsträckning som de ska vara.
