    Sammanfattning : The main purpose of this study is to investigate whether board diversity and women in a leading position (CEO or chairman of the board) have an impact on a firm’s ESG-score. To investigate whether a larger share of women on the board of directors have a positive impact on a firm’s ESG-score observations were made on firms that were listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange during the years 2015-2019.
