    Sammanfattning : Rapeseed cake is a protein-rich by-product from the rapeseed oil extraction process. It contains high levels of glucosinolates (GSLs), which possess anti-nutritional functions after being hydrolyzed. Moreover, the hydrolyzed products of GSLs produce an extremely bitter taste.
