The word wisdom occurs 16 times in 1 Cor 1-3, and this is the first time the concept is central in a passage in the New Testament. Paul is talking about the mysterious wisdom from God.     Sammanfattning : Lexical typological studies examine how various languages express similar concepts. Previous research has discussed how the concept of moment is encoded lexically in English, Ancient Greek, and Ancient Egyptian.     Sammanfattning : The purpose of our degree project is to create an understanding of how three history textbooks and the textbook publishers make use of the use of history. The questions that we have started from are: How is the use of history presented in the textbooks? Is the depiction of history use the same between the books? Sju personer har intervjuats om sin musik, sin verksamhet, sitt förhållande till Grekland, om sina tankar kring musiken och texterna.     Sammanfattning : This essay explores the divinatory practice of incubation in ancient Egypt during the Graeco-Roman period with a particular focus on the magical and religious significance of the practice. Two main sanctuaries, Abydos and Deir el-Bahari have been investigated with a focus on the gods Bes and Osiris in the former and Amenhotep and Imhotep in the latter. LÄS MER
