    Sammanfattning : AbstractThere is a major relationship between these two aspects: climate change and IPDs (Internal Displacement Persons) – as climate change is a major challenge for people who faced displacement and leave their shelters – which makes their living conditions worst and it leads result in diminishing the wellbeing of people (Ferris, 2011). Moreover, it has been observed that the researcher has successfully contributed in accomplishing the research concern and attaining the effective results – while involving the role of international Humanitarian Law which is used to protect the needs of climate refugees/people displaced because of climate change – also, the UN Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement can be relevant for meeting the protection needs of people who have been displaced because of climate change.
