   Sammanfattning : The ambition of this thesis is to examine whether Sweden has an obligation to, or should voluntarily, allow the ECHR to be applied between individuals. The Swedish Supreme Court refused in its ruling in the case NJA 2007 s. 747 such horizontal effect since it would endanger the predictability of liability to pay damages. LÄS MER
