   Sammanfattning : Syftet med denna uppsatsen är att undersöka om ett lands demokratiska historia påverkar dess demokratiska utveckling i modern tid - mer specifikt ifall lägre nivåer av demokratisk historia ger upphov till autokratisering i form av demokratiska tillbakagångar.
