2. Policy change after natural hazards : A systematic large-N study using narrative analysis

By linking it with the upstream, theoretical discussions in academia, and the downstream, the reports from the member states in terms of implementation, the analysis attempts to find out if the policy is designed in line with the theory, and is reflecting the need in the reality.
