   Sammanfattning : The aim of this study was to examine whether there was any significance regarding of work experience, age and gender in the recruitment of newly graduated social workers, 24 of 30 communities in Scania, southern part of Sweden, which participated in our survey. To perform our study we used a combination of quantities and qualitative method consisting of an online web survey with closed and open – ended questions where respondents justified their answer.
