Vem driver det osynliga maskineriet av museernas backstage-funktioner och genomför dagliga museirutiner? Museer som modernitetsinstitutioner har en särskild roll i processen för kunskapsproduktion och maktfördelning inom samhällen, först och främst genom att synliggöra vissa grupper och historier.
