   Sammanfattning : This study aims to provide an examination of the material available to and produced for people with intellectual disabilities, within the context of how they inform upon and describe sexuality. To achieve this aim, three questions were used to examine the material: In which ways do the materials gathered describe relationships to those with intellectual disabilities? How is sex described within said material? How is information about consent gained from the material?    Sammanfattning : This thesis is a qualitative study based on six interviews with professionals in different disability functions within The Swedish Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS). The purpose of this study is to see how the functions within LSS work with sexuality and to what extent the staff at the facilities have the opportunity to support the users in their sexuality and intimate relationships.
