    Sammanfattning : In modern times, the issue of gender equality has aroused the interest of the public arena and through this the interest for this study was aroused. The purpose is to examine women's experiences in regards to equality to aim to understand her situation in male-dominated university programs and the background lies in the fact that we, through theories by Yvonne Hirdman, have reasoned about ideas of a subordinate / superior gender.
