   Sammanfattning : Intresset för lantsorter är något som ökar för att de är odlingssäkra i system med små insatser, förväntas klara framtida klimatförändringar med ökad risk för torka bra, samt för att de har goda bakningsegenskaper. Lantbrukare som odlar lantsorter upplever att de är småkorniga jämfört med moderna sorter och att kärnorna är rundare än hos moderna vårvetesorter. LÄS MER
