   Sammanfattning : Syftet med studien är att belysa att fastighetsmäklares motivation i arbetet har olika inre och yttre bakomliggande faktorer. För att uppnå syftet har följande frågor besvarats: Vilka faktorer, utöver provisionsbaserad lön, bidrar till en fastighetsmäklares motivation på arbetsplatsen? Är dessa faktorer kopplade till extrinsisk motivation? För att besvara dessa frågor har en kvalitativ metod använts, där datainsamlingen har skett genom intervjuer med fastighetsmäklare på ett kontor i Lund. LÄS MER
