    Sammanfattning : This essay has, through the use of a comparative and qualitative method, set out to compare two Swedish newspapers; Svenska Dagbladet (SvD) and Dagens Nyheter (DN) and to discover if there were any significant differences between the way they reported on the assassination of Arch-duke Frans Ferdinand in Sarajevo in 1914 as well as the subsequent July crisis and the start of World War I. It looks at what may have caused these differences as well as if the papers took a stance for or against any of the belligerent countries. LÄS MER
