   Sammanfattning : Sociala insatsgrupper (SIG) är en regeringsinitierad brottsförebyggande samverkan mellan huvudsakligen socialtjänsten, polisen och skolan rörande unga som anses riskera att rekryteras till kriminella nätverk eller utveckla en kriminell livsstil.    Sammanfattning : In the yearly report from the Swedish governmental agency The Ombudsman for Children, Bakom fasaden (2011), children and adolescents placed under government custody in so called HVB-homes (homes for treatment and living) gives voice to the fact that they are dissatisfied that opportunities to use the Internet are restricted.
