Using a global sample of 830 liquid green bonds priced between March 20, 2012 and March 24, 2022, this study estimates an empirical model of the initial returns through ordinary least squares and quantile regressions.     Sammanfattning : The purpose of this thesis has been to investigate to what extent young people who are subjected to violence by a partner whom they neither are married to nor cohabiting with, are considered to have a close relationship to the perpetrator according to the offence of gross violation of integrity, and to analyze how the vulnerability of young people in violent youth relationships is being assessed in the application of this provision. Based on preparatory work and a precedent from the Swedish Supreme Court, it can first of all be established that the determining factor for a young person to be regarded as having a close relationship to the perpetrator is that he or she, due to bonds to the perpetrator, has been in a particularly vulnerable situation.
