    Sammanfattning : In contemporary research on foster care there is little research on what impact fostering has on relationships between the members of the carer’s biological family, and how family as a whole becomes affected. The questions we intended to look at were the following: (1) How do family members experience changes in the life of their family when they started to foster? (2) What strategies have been used to handle these difficulties? (3) How does the social services experience the effects that fostering has on the family system? In our research we used interviews with ten members of the foster care homes and two social workers to find answers to our questions. LÄS MER
