   Sammanfattning : The aim of the thesis is to make visible how Swedish public libraries work with LGBTQIA+-inclusion, how the conditions for this work are affected by factors such as municipality size, economy and political support, and what importance the two forms of LGBTQIA+ certifications have for the extent of the LGBTQIA+- inclusive work. The theoretical framework consists of queer theory and organizational theory and the method consists of an equal parts qualitative and quantitative survey answered by 203 of Sweden's 290 municipal main libraries.    Sammanfattning : This study explores the functions and effects of virtual communities on Instagram and YouTube and discusses the communication process between Swedish female social media influencers and their followers. With a qualitative research design, where I analysed both the textual and visual posts on Instagram and YouTube, I found that the virtual communities can function as a place where people find like-minded people and where they can affirm their own self imagine and experiences, specifically in relation to questions regarding LGBTQIA+ and body positivity.    Sammanfattning : Sexuality, sex, and gender represent three out of seven grounds of discriminations, and teachers carry the duty to actively counteract discrimination according to the Swedish National Agency for Education. Even though Sweden is in fifth place of gender equality and teachers are supposed to educate students to become accepting human beings, the Swedish Schools Inspectorate published that only one out of three Swedish teachers include LGBTQ questions in their teaching.
