  1. 1. Automatic Semantic Role Labelling (SRL) in Swedish

    Master-uppsats, Göteborgs universitet/Institutionen för data- och informationsteknik

    Författare :Lucy Yang Buhr; [2023-10-05]
    Nyckelord :Semantic role labelling; SRL; transfer learning; multi-task learning; multilingual transfer; T5; mT5;

    Sammanfattning : In this paper, using deep learning networks, the first end-to-end semantic role labelling model (SRL) has been developed for Swedish texts. This Swedish SRL model can, with a given Swedish sentence, perform trigger identification, frame classification and argument extraction tasks automatically in a series. LÄS MER

  2. 2. ÅTERINTEGRERING PÅ ARBETSMARKNADEN EFTER ETT FÄNGELSESTRAFF - utifrån arbetsgivarrepresentanters- och före detta kriminellas perspektiv

    Kandidat-uppsats, Göteborgs universitet / / Institutionen för sociologi och arbetsvetenskap

    Författare :Julia Szyda; [2023-09-18]
    Nyckelord :criminals; employer; interviews; KASAM; labelling theory; semi-structured;

    Sammanfattning : Aim and problem statements: The aim was to examine ex-criminals' reintegration into the working market from the perspective of both the employer and the ex-criminal. To achieve the aim of the study two questions were raised: (1) How do employer representatives reason about the reintegration of criminals into the labor market? (2) What obstacles do ex-criminals experience when reintegrating into the labor market? The respondents' different experiences of this topic were presented in this study. LÄS MER

  3. 3. IDENTIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTALLY RELEVANT BENTHIC FORAMINIFERA FROM THE SKAGERRAK FJORDS BY DEEP LEARNING IMAGE MODELING

    Master-uppsats, Göteborgs universitet / Institutionen för biologi och miljövetenskap

    Författare :Marko Plavetic; [2023-06-26]
    Nyckelord :benthic foraminifera; deep learning; environmental monitoring; YOLOv7;

    Sammanfattning : Over the several past decades, there has been increasing interest in using foraminifera as environmental indicators for coastal marine environments. As compared to macrofauna, which are currently used in environmental studies, foraminifera offer several distinct advantages as bioindicators, including short generation times, a high number of individuals per small sample volume, hard and durable tests with high preservation potential, and low cost of sample extraction. 4. 4. Analyzing the performance of active learning strategies on machine learning problems

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Uppsala universitet/Avdelningen för systemteknik

    Författare :Vendela Werner; [2023]
    Nyckelord :computer science; bioinformatics; machine learning; active learning; artificial intelligence; supervised learning; Astrazeneca; maskininlärning; artificiell intelligens; datorvetenskap; active learning; bioinformatik; supervised learning;

    Sammanfattning : Digitalisation within industries is rapidly advancing and data possibilities are growing daily. Machine learning models need a large amount of data that are well-annotated for good performance. To get well-annotated data, an expert is needed, which is expensive, and the annotation itself could be very time-consuming. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Data-Driven Reachability Analysis of Pedestrians Using Behavior Modes : Reducing the Conservativeness in Data-Driven Pedestrian Predictions by Incorporating Their Behavior

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :August Söderlund; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Data-driven reachability analysis; Autonomous vehicles; Automated safety; Autonomous situational awareness; Datadriven nåbarhetsanalys; Autonoma fordon; Automatiserad säkerhet; Autonom situationsmedvetenhet;

    Sammanfattning : Predicting the future state occupancies of pedestrians in urban scenarios is a challenging task, especially considering that conventional methods need an explicit model of the system, hence introducing data-driven reachability analysis. Data-driven reachability analysis uses data, inherently produced by an unknown system, to perform future state predictions using sets, generally represented by zonotopes. LÄS MER
