    Sammanfattning : Syfte och frågeställning: Syftet med studien var att undersöka spelares uppfattning om deras ledares ledarskap inom SDT och framför allt om interpersonella beteenden, som är områden som ligger till grund för en behovsstödjande lärandemiljö och ett transformativt ledarskap och ifall deras uppfattning förändrades efter en intervention. De sex frågeställningar som var centrala för studien var: Kan en intervention inom transformativt ledarskap riktat mot tränare, förändra spelarnas uppfattning om deras tränares ledarskap inom 1) autonomistödjande (AS), 2) kompetensstödjande (KS), 3) tillhörighet (T), 4) autonomimotverkande (AM), 5) kompetensmotverkande (KM) och 6) tillhörighetmotverkande (TM)?  Metod: Metoden som vi använde oss av var en kvantitativ enkät samt ett utbildningstillfälle (intervention) med tränare.
