   Sammanfattning : The aim of this master thesis is to discus the argument that in the favor of legalizing torture in the case of terror suspects and detainees. My research question here is: if we will put torture against terror suspects in a legal framework will that help us to fight terrorism or it will creates more instability in the world and result in more terror acts ?
