This puts high demands on health care, and home based care has been identified as a solution to decrease the lack of hospital beds. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Occurrence and fate of organic micropollutants (OMPs) in Lake Mälaren

    Master-uppsats, SLU/Dept. of Aquatic Sciences and Assessment

    Författare :Anna-Lena Rehrl; [2019]
    Nyckelord :multi-residue method; UPLC-MS MS; SPE; organic micropollutants; surface water;

    Sammanfattning : The main objective of this study is to investigate the occurrence and fate of organic micropollutants (OMPs) in surface water in Lake Mälaren over one year, including their seasonal variations, correlations between compounds, spatial and vertical distribution. The water samples were enriched with solid phase extraction (SPE) and subsequently analyzed by ultra-high pressure liq-uid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). LÄS MER

  5. 5. Biodegradation of organic micropollutants dibutyl phthalate and bisphenol A by fungi

    Master-uppsats, SLU/Department of Molecular Sciences

    Författare :Lena Carstens; [2018]
    Nyckelord :micropollutant; dibutyl phthalate; bisphenol A; fungi; biodegradation; biosorption; endocrine disrupting chemical;

    Sammanfattning : Fungi represent a promising and relatively untapped resource in regard to the bioremediation of micropollutants. Degradation efficiencies of the ubiquitous endocrine disrupting chemicals dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and bisphenol A (BPA) by selected fungal strains with different ecophysiologies were determined via ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC).
