   Sammanfattning : EU:s och Rysslands maktutövande över Moldavien framställs ofta som mycket olika, men den här uppsatsen visar på att det i båda fallen handlar om liknande postkoloniala strukturer – skillnaden ligger i vilken form av makt man använder inom dessa strukturer.
