The aim of this research is to understand friendship in a life perspective; how friendship is lived and practiced; how older women reflect the meaning of friendship in their lives, and how the interaction of friendship contributes to the informants' experience of the Self.    Sammanfattning : This essay investigates if attitudes to equality work among the administrative managers of Landskrona city can be altered through participating a seminar day on equality, multitude and discrimination.
