    Sammanfattning : In the course of this thesis, decisive problematizations, in the Foucauldian sense, around Viktor Šklovskij’s early Russian Formalism shall be the object of re-problematizations. More precisely, a careful look will be taken at re-problematizations around theoretical aspects regarding Šklovskij’s paradigmatic reductionist model, primarily as it is introduced in his article Art as device (1917), described most notably by Aage Hansen-Löve and Wolf Schmid in Der Russische Formalismus (1978) and Slavische Erzähltheorie (2010), Elemente der Narratologie (2014) as well as Grundthemen der Literaturwissenschaft: Erzählen (2018) respectively.     Sammanfattning : This thesis was conducted in cooperation with the Swedish bank SEB, who expressed interest in getting an increased understanding of how the marketing measure Customer Lifetime Value could be implemented and used in the retail banking industry. Accordingly, the purpose of this thesis was to provide insight into how Customer Lifetime Value could be modelled in an appropriate way in the retail banking industry and provide an increased understanding of necessary considerations for the modelling process.     Sammanfattning : En el contexto contemporáneo de desaparición de los biotopos selváticos en América Latina, esta tesina tiene por objetivo reactualizar el estudio de las representaciones de la selva en la literatura de la selva latinoamericana en el contexto del choque entre Modernidad y naturaleza, con el avance de la ciencia y las actividades extractivas de los años 20. Con enfoque en las voces narrativas en el cuento “Anaconda” (1921) de Horacio Quiroga y en la novela La vorágine (1924) de José Eustasio Rivera, el estudio busca iluminar las elaboraciones literarias de las zonas selváticas misionera y amazónica, respectivamente.
